All US orders over $140 are shipped via Free Priority Mail. All International orders over $200 receive free shipping worldwide! Priority and Express shipping options are available to most locations and vary in price by destination. These will be calculated on the checkout page. USPS International Airmail shipping does not have tracking information and will not be refunded if the package is lost or stolen, the buyer assumes this responsibility by choosing this method.

How to track your parcel with Priority and Express Mail: When we ship out your package with Priority or Express, we will include tracking information and where to track it. 

Unclaimed Packages: We are not responsible for any packages returned to us as refused, unclaimed, undeliverable, or because of incorrect or insufficient address.

Custom / Duty Fees

We ship from the United States. We will refund all customs fees to the E.U. & U.K. When shipping to other countries, custom fees are the responsibility of the customer.

If you were charged custom fees within the E.U. or U.K., please send us a copy of your customs/duty slip, and we will refund the fees.

Returns

You may return unworn items in original condition within 10 days of delivery for a full refund. No returns on opened socks, bathing suits, undergarments. All sale items are final sale and non-refundable. We'll pay the return shipping costs worldwide if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.).

To Return an Item simply follow the two steps below. Log into your account and use our return request link. You will then be sent an email with our confirmation! You may also return your item(s) by using the return form inclosed in your parcel.

What happens after you send off your return item: You should expect to receive your refund within two weeks of us receiving your package. We'll also notify you via e-mail of your refund once we've received and processed the returned item.
