We ship within the US for a flat-rate of $7, and worldwide airmail for a flat rate of $10. All orders over $140 (~€110 / ~£90) receive free shipping worldwide! Express shipping options are available to most locations. Express options vary in price by destination and will be calculated on the checkout page.

How to track your parcel: Depending on your order, tracking might be available. When we ship out your package we will include tracking information and where to track it, if it's available. 

Unclaimed Packages: We are not responsible for any packages returned to us as refused, unclaimed, undeliverable, or because of incorrect or insufficient address.

Custom / Duty Fees

We ship from the United States. We will refund all customs fees to the E.U. & U.K. When shipping to other countries, custom fees are the responsibility of the customer.

If you were charged custom fees within the E.U. or U.K., please send us a copy of your customs/duty slip, and we will refund the fees.

Returns

You may return unworn items in original condition within 10 days of delivery for a full refund. No returns on opened socks, undergarments, and sale items.

Return shipping is free within the US. We'll pay the return shipping costs worldwide if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.).

For free U.S. returns simply follow the two steps below. Log into your account and use our return request link. You will then be sent an email with your free return postage!

What happens after you send off your return item: You should expect to receive your refund within two weeks of us receiving your package. We'll also notify you via e-mail of your refund once we've received and processed the returned item.
