Where are you located? We're located in Los Angeles, CA.

A product I've seen is no longer available. We have limited quanitites of items and once an item sells out, we generally do not restock.

Do you have a different size? We only have the sizes listed on the product page in stock. We unfortunately only carry limited sizes in stock.

Do you make special orders? We unfortunately can not make special orders.

Do you restock items? Once something has sold out, we generally do not restock items.

Are your styling products for sale? Our styling products are not for sale.

Something is wrong with my order. Please contact us as soon as possible at Once something has shipped, we can no longer make changes to your order.

What forms of payment do you accept? We accept all major credit cards, as well as Paypal.

How do I cancel an order? Write us as soon as possible at Once something has shipped, we can no longer cancel and refund an order.

How do I use my promo code? You can enter your promo code in your shopping cart, just above the checkout button.

Do I need to create an account to shop from you? You do not! You can check out as a guest during checkout.

Will I fit into a garment listed as one size/free size? Our one size garments are items that are meant to be worn oversized, are free flowing or adjustable. If you wear a size small to large, these items will generally fit you. Please check our measurements and size guide! We list out model's measurements as a reference.



How do I check the status of my order? Once you log in to your account, you can check the order status page. Alternatively, you can send us an email at to check on your order status.

How much is shipping to ... ? All US orders over $140 receive free shipping! All International orders over $200 receive free shipping worldwide. Express shipment options vary in price by destination and can be calculated on the checkout page. For more information, please check our shipping page

About customs fees. We can not estimate customs costs to countries outside of the US. However, if you are charged customs fees with a Koshka order, please email us a copy of your custom's bill and we will reimburse you. We will also label shipments as gifts if so requested. 

How fast is your shipping? Shipping within the US generally takes 2-5 business days. Shipping to the EU & UK will generally take 7-10 business days. Shipping to other countries varies. Everything is shipped by airmail and express options are available.

Can I return a sale item? Sale items are final, and can not be returned.The unauthorized return of sale items will result in a 25% re-stocking fee and store credit only..
